One Off Hospitality Group, Ltd., and its collection of restaurants (“OOH”) strongly value your privacy and are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Personal Information that you provide to us. Data Protection
We do and will take reasonably appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information with password protection on our systems, and locked/limited access hard copy files, which are limited. We will destroy any Personal Information once it is no longer needed, but in most cases, it is retained for a minimum of six years.
Opt Out/Correction/Deletion
You may unsubscribe to our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing. You also have the right to access, correct and/or delete any Personal Information, subject to applicable law.
